Media Cleaner 5 Tutorials! CBT Cafe relies on Cleaner 5 to compress its movies for web viewing. Without Cleaner 5, offering the video tutorials wouldn't be possible.

Cleaner 5 has more features for web compression than any other program and we thought we'd start demonstrating some of these features.

Adding Files to be Batch Processed

In this lesson you'll learn to add files to be batch processed in Cleaner 5. Batch Processing is a powerful feature that enables you to process large quantities of files quickly by dragging and dropping the files to into the Batch window.

Applying Settings to your Batch Files

Settings are an integral part of Cleaner 5. It is through settings you can save your optimization settings. Settings can be applied to single files or multiple files.

All of our training movies use QuickTime.

You will need Version 5 or higher to view the movies correctly.

We use QuickTime for several reasons. Namely, the incredible compression ratios we get allow us to present high quality, streaming movies over even the slowest connections.

QuickTime is cross-platform and has the coolest interface of the viewers. OK, that's not a real reason, but it is true:)

QuickTime is available FREE for both Mac and PC.
